You'll get one..hopefully the weather will be good on Sunday and people will flock (not like our flock though) to see your place.

Yeah, the ad goes in the paper this weekend, and the open house is 2-4PM on Sunday. Hopefully it generates some interest. As of today, the owners of the house in the Hat could start looking at other offers. *fingers crossed that they don't*
